  • 1 box Ronzoni Protein Rotini
  • 1 cup (10 oz) frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup store-bought citrus vinaigrette
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, black beans, and Great Northern beans.
  3. Add pasta, vinaigrette, green onions, and parsley.
  4. Toss to blend all ingredients, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Pro Tip

No Great Northern beans on hand? Chickpeas are just as delicious and filling.
