Ingredients
  • 16 oz. Ronzoni Whole Grain Penne Rigate
  • 2 ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
  • 3 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Sauté pepper, onion, and garlic in oil until tender.
