3 Oh-So-Silky Blender Pasta Sauce Recipes

Dreamy Alfredo in a Blender
Silky sauce and plenty of garlic. Enough said. This Alfredo sauce gets a jump-start in the blender. Then, it’s warmed in a skillet until it reaches a pasta-perfect temp. Pair with Fettuccine’s long strands and broad width for a sauce-catching canvas. Or, twist it up with Gemelli and enjoy its signature twirls filled with creamy, dreamy sauce. Cue applause.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Ronzoni® Pasta
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- ⅔ cup grated Parm
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Start boiling water for the pasta while you prepare the sauce. Cook according to package directions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Blend sauce ingredients (except the parsley garnish) until smooth.
- Transfer sauce to pan and heat on medium-low for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Optional: If you prefer a thinner sauce, gradually add a little of the reserved pasta water, mixing after each addition, until you reach the desired consistency.
- Combine pasta and sauce.
Classic Marinara Blended Pasta Sauce Recipe
Fresh tomatoes add a bright, tangy sweetness to this recipe. Earthy, fragrant basil and oregano deepen the flavors. Long, low simmered taste with the press of a button. No de-seeding the tomatoes. No blanching and peeling red-hot tomato skin. Just blend, warm, and serve. For pasta companions, of course we’re thinking a classic Spaghetti and red sauce combo. For a daintier bite, opt for Capellini, an extra slim shape.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Ronzoni® Pasta
- 1 ½ lb canned or fresh tomatoes of your choice
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parm for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Start boiling water for the pasta while you prepare the sauce. Cook according to package directions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Blend tomatoes, garlic, and onion until combined.
- Slowly add olive oil and blend until smooth.
- Pour into skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Stir in basil, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Heat until warm, around 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Combine pasta and sauce.
- Optional: If you prefer a thinner sauce, gradually add a little of the reserved pasta water, mixing after each addition, until you reach the desired consistency.

- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Parm
Instructions:
- Start boiling water for the pasta while you prepare the sauce. Cook according to package directions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Meanwhile, blend pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Add basil, olive oil, and Parm. Blend until smooth enough to coat pasta.
- Combine cooked pasta and pesto.
- Optional: If you prefer a thinner sauce, gradually add a little of the reserved pasta water, mixing after each addition, until you reach the desired consistency.
