  • 16 oz Ronzoni Whole Grain Rotini
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • shredded Parmesan cheese, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Heat a large saute pan with a light film of olive oil, toss in roasted red peppers and spinach; heat until warmed (about 1 minute).
  3. Add cooked pasta to saute pan; stir to mix well.
  4. Add Caesar dressing, stirring frequently until heated through (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).
  5. Top pasta with Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper, and salt, if desired.
