Roasted Red Pepper Rotini Caesar
Red Pepper Caesar pasta — playfully unexpected yet delightfully familiar. Whole Grain Rotini, sweet roasted peppers, vibrant spinach, creamy Caesar dressing, and Parmesan unite. Fresh and delish!

Ingredients
- 16 oz Ronzoni Whole Grain Rotini
- 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, sliced
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- shredded Parmesan cheese, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Heat a large saute pan with a light film of olive oil, toss in roasted red peppers and spinach; heat until warmed (about 1 minute).
- Add cooked pasta to saute pan; stir to mix well.
- Add Caesar dressing, stirring frequently until heated through (approximately 3 to 5 minutes).
- Top pasta with Parmesan cheese, freshly ground black pepper, and salt, if desired.
