Ingredients
  • 16 oz Ronzoni® Bow Ties
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup finely chopped capers
  • 4 tsp lemon zest
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • 8 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into ribbons
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well. 
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together parsley, olive oil, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. 
  3. Add pasta, tossing to coat well.
  4. Add smoked salmon and avocado, tossing until combined.

Pro Tip

Salmon isn’t the only fish in the sea. For a lighter touch, try with canned tuna.
