- 12 oz Ronzoni® Spaghetti
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cans (6.5 oz) chopped clams, undrained
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat olive oil.
- Add garlic; cook until very lightly browned.
- Blend in flour.
- Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Serve over hot pasta.
