  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 cans (6.5 oz) chopped clams, undrained
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain. 
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat olive oil. 
  3. Add garlic; cook until very lightly browned. 
  4. Blend in flour. 
  5. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. 
  6. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. 
  7. Serve over hot pasta.
