Ingredients
- 12 oz Ronzoni® Penne Rigate
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) tomato basil pasta sauce
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Chopped green onion for flavor
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill or broil chicken until lightly browned and fully cooked.
- Cut into thin slices.
- In medium saucepan, heat pasta sauce.
- Top pasta with pasta sauce and chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese and green onion if desired.
