Ingredients
- 12 oz Ronzoni® Elbows
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 ½ Tbsp rice flour
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Gouda cheese
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
- Add rice flour; cook 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
- Add milk, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Add cheddar and Gouda; stir until smooth.
- Add pasta to cheese mixture; season with salt and pepper.
