  • 1 ½ Tbsp rice flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add rice flour; cook 1 minute, stirring until smooth.

  5. Add cheddar and Gouda; stir until smooth.
  6. Add pasta to cheese mixture; season with salt and pepper.
