Easy Oven Ready Lasagna

Layers of aromatic tomato sauce, creamy cheese, and tender lasagna noodles come together in this bed of comfort. Baked warm and bubbly, it’s a dish to savor with family and friends. Oven-Ready Lasagna sheets save a step—delish in a pinch.

Ingredients
  • 9 pieces Oven Ready Ronzoni® Lasagna
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1½ cups water
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Brown meat in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Add pasta sauce and water to the saucepan with browned meat; simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, one-half of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour about 1 cup meat sauce on bottom of 11×7 inch baking dish.
  6. Remove 9 pasta pieces from packaging.
  7. Arrange 3 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce; cover with 1 cup meat sauce.
  8. Spread one-half of cheese filling over meat sauce.
  9. Repeat with another layer of pasta, sauce and cheese filling.
  10. Top with layer of pasta and remaining sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  11. Cover with foil.
  12. Bake 45 minutes.
  13. Remove foil; bake additional 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  14. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
