  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain
  3. In large bowl, stir together pasta sauce and water; stir in cooked pasta
  4. In medium bowl, stir together softened cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg
  5. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, spoon half of pasta mixture; spread cream cheese mixture on top; spoon remaining pasta mixture on top
  6. Cover with foil; bake 30 minutes
  7. Remove foil; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  8. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts
