  2. Meanwhile, in 5-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil; add chicken
  3. Cook until browned, about 10 minutes; push to one side of saucepan
  4. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, bay leaf, rosemary and salt
  5. Cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally
  6. Add tomatoes with juice and tomato sauce; heat to boiling
  7. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  8. Discard bay leaf
  9. Place hot cooked pasta on serving platter; arrange chicken pieces on top
  10. Pour sauce over pasta and chicken
  11. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired
